How to lose weight in two weeks :- I am going to share which kind of diet should you follow to lose weight in two weeks. You should eat clean and healthy, and your body slowly starts adopting to it. Your body gets detox and your fat and weight goes down, specially by egg diet results in fat lose and not water lose. But after any meal plan if you again start eating the way you are eating before then you will again start gaining weight and become what you are before. So the idea is to eat everything which is healthy and still maintain weight and fat percentage. This plan is an example to make you understand what you should eat and what not and you can make changes according to your needs.
Morning diet plan
On an empty stomach I suggest having Apple Cider Vinegar with mother mixed with warm water or if you are allergic to mother Apple Cider Vinegar than have lemon water. Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning will have maintained pH level, regulate blood sugar, lower blood pressure, and accelerate weight lose. Mother Apple Cider Vinegar is actually strength of protein, enzymes and friendly bacteria. If you buy normal Apple Cider Vinegar, it looks like plan apple juice and I don’t recommend you to use this. Apple Cider Vinegar with mother is easily available and certainly beneficial for your body.
In breakfast have something healthy, which have lots of protein and fiber and will keep you going for hours. These fights hunger helps avoid untimely snacking. If you like eggs you can have boiled egg and cabbage egg omelet. If you are a vegetarian than have a semolina pancake. This semolina is made from wheat but has healthy carbs which helped you to go through the day. Also, have a cup of green tea along with your breakfast.
In between breakfast and lunch you can have a cup of milk tea or coffee if you wish to along with five almonds. Don’t snack on energy bars, chips, biscuits, etc.
For lunch, you can have Rotis. Have 1-2 Rotis only end eat more of lentils, salad and mento granded satni to fill in your stomach. You can also have brown rice if you don’t have Rotis in lunch. Don’t have white rice as it have lots of empty carbs. Star having browned rice, it is rich in carbs and proteins, and keep you full for a long time.
In evening instead of having something fried have to the slices of two brown bread or multi-grains bread. But check the level, and then buy. It should not have a wheat flour or refine flower or any kind of sugar added to them. Tossed bread as it lesser the quantity of bread. Have them with almond butter, sunflower seed butter and peanut butter. This has healthy fats, and also keeps the hunger away. Try buying butter which is pure, organic, and unsweetened as most of these have preservative flavors and unhealthy oils added to them. Apply butter moderately and enjoy with a cup of green tea.
Now let’s come to dinner. If you have Rotis in the lunch then have brown rice of dinner. Limit the quantity of One cup of rice, remember portioning is the key. You can have brown rice or wild rice with chicken liver; rosted chicken etc. You can also have a bowl of soup or bowl of lentil or one chicken breast of fish, etc. Oily curry, gravis, red meat etc. will only add your weight and make you fat, so avoid specially in the dinner That you can have in your cheat days as a cheat meal once in week that too during the daytime so that your body has ample time to digest it.
Also, have a cup of green tea after 30-45 minutes but if you have sleep issues just have a cup of green coffee as it is caffeinated.
