How to get a healthy heart :- Today, I am going to share with you some tips through which you are going to get a health heart.
Tip no. 1 :- Take a deep breath. Keep in through your nose hold it, let it out anxiety, concern, any stress so, you can start your day healthy.
Tip no.2 :- Eat protein first. When you eat protein your stomach stay fuller longer, your blood sugar stay stable, and it keeps you from over eating this which may not be healthy.
Tip no. 3 :- Stand up and exercise more. Many time we sit at our desk, driven our car etc. When you stand up you move your blood around and evidence shows you lived longer and your heart will thank you.
Tip no. 4 :- Stop smoking. Smoking causes your blood vessels to decrease in size, and it can cause heart attack.
Tip no. 5 :- Drink water. Make it easy, keep it next to you, keep it in your car, keep it in your desk. Keep a bottle handy wherever you go.
Tip no.6 :- Sleep more. When you rest your body recover. Use technology. Use your phone set alarm for one hour before you go to sleep and read book, meditate, music do something to get you ready to go to sleep. Plan to sleep more.
Tip no 7 :- Know your numbers. Your numbers is important. It tells us how high in risk you are in your heart disease. Just like the speedometer in your car, you need to know how fast you are going and how much danger you may be in. So, I need you to know your blood pressure, your weight, your cholesterol, triglycerides, Blood Sugar your doctor can help you with this.
Tip no. 8 :- Eat red. Try to eat one red food in each meal. Red foods are high in vitamins, high fiber, and they really make you to make to be healthy. Some red foods are :- Tomatoes, Strawberries, Red peppers, Apples, etc.
